System requirements:
HyperCard on a Macintosh (v2) or Apple IIGS (v1.1). On a Macintosh is required a SuperDrive and "PC Exchange" or a similar program for make MS-DOS formatted Diskettes, on the Apple IIGS the BlueDisk controller.
Or the files will be copied over a AppleTalk/a Mac onto a MS-DOS disk.

The folder "IIGS" contains the Apple IIGS version of this stack. It belongs to the program. On distribution give it along with the other mac files or vice versa.
Recognized non-english characters:
At this time are only recognized the german special chars, the ´§´ and the Apostrophe chars ´ and ` . Other chars will be at this time false imported at the PC, because they would not by this HyperCard stack swapped.
Character swapping:
To solve to read special chars by a PC these had to converted. I have in SoftPC entered special characters, saved and imported in SimpleText. So I get the caracters which I have to export by HyperCard that a PC display the original characters.
This problem is not solved in the Apple IIGS version of the CF Register Program. There avoid special characters, please!
Right exported where this char´s:
& - The And Char´,
$ - Dollar,
% - Per Cent,
" - Quotation Marks,
* - Star.
Why until now was no Paragraph symbol (§) integrated?
I have entered the characters in the MS Editor under SoftPC. This Editor can not display this character. Read this small advertisement:
"01-2740-68 Have you seen that EDIT and QBASIC under MS-DOS 6.22 no ´§´ displaying? Also <ALT><1><2><1> works not! Now I have to write the CF Small Advertisements with WINWORD! Shit happens... ALI ALKOHOL"

I myself have enter the char "§" in a DOS Text Editing Program, saved and then imported in the DOS Editor: It was visible!
Seen Special char´s:
At this time only the germen special char´s, the char´s ´§´, ´ and `. Other chars where false imported at the PC, because they are not converted by this HyperCard Stack.
Fill out the file header:
Click the button "Variable" and you receive the adress field.
There enter you personal data, concerning
first name, name, street, Postal code, your location, telephone number.
Additional a note to the telephone number, Telefax number and your Pseudo, if you use one.
The telephone number had to be in the form "xxxxx/xxxxx"!
If you enter your telephone number in the format "(xxxx)xxxxx", recognizes this HyperCard and swaps it to the right form.
Make a new advertisement:
With the button "New advert´" under the advertisement text create a new card for a further advertisement. The command "New card" was not recommended, because there is on every advertisement a button "marked". It wouldn´t copied by "New card" , what the button "New advert´" automatical does.
The button "Help" gives an overview about the making of the text file that from the publisher imported. The importanted rules werden vom Stack eingehalten. Eine vollständige Erläuterung zum Aufbau der Kleinanzeigen auf Diskette befindet sich in jeder Ausgabe des Computer-Flohmarktes. Diese Regeln are observed by this stack.
The advertisement text:
By a click in the line "Rubrik=" over the advertisement text give you an rubric number and to which of 5 kinds of advertisement this advertisemt belongs:
Offer, Request, Question, Answer or Information.
Click in the line over the advertisement text, and you are invited to enter a rubric number. Then you are invited to give one of the 5 called kinds of advertisement, to which the advertisement belongs. Depending the rubric number is a selection belonging to kinds of advertisements given.
In the right over the advertisement text is noted, how many advertisemts are saved.
After an advertisement text can be placed particular variables, e. g.
#NAME #TELEFON. Each variable, which is defined in the file header, can be placed at the end of a advertisement. Shall the entire adress placed after an advertisement text, give the variable #ANSCHRIFT (= adress). This variable contains your first name, your name, the street, if desired the country, the postal code and your location. These variables shall be written for a view to greater clarity in uppercase letters.
Within a advertisement text can written the variable #ABSATZ (= paragraph), if comes a ein new line in the text. These variables in the text write uppercase, please. This is good for a view to greater clarity of the advertisement.
Offer/Request advertisements:
In the lower-right screen is given, how many Offer- or Request-advertisements are saved. There are arrows for change between these, too.
Delete a advertisement:
Click on the button "DELETE this advert´" under the advertisement text to delete the actual advertisement and to remove the actual card from the stack. This will not work on advertisement text #1, because here the background is required for reference.
Option-click this buttonto delete only the text and to keep the card. So can you write your next advertisement text and do the same as by the button"New advert´".
Change between advertisement, Offer and Request:
On the upper-right are the radio buttons "Cl. adverts´", "Offer" und "Requests". A click on one of the three buttons brings you to the corresponding registrations.
Export:
With the check button "take over" under the advertisement decide you wether the corresponding advertisement will be exported or not.
Clicken the button "Export" to make the text file.
The files are written in the folder "DISKETTE" and in addition in the folder "SIK" in the folder "DISKETTE". So is saved a backup file of your files how the publisher it desired.
Call the Finder and open the folder "Diskette" in the folder which contains this stack, mark all with the short-key "Open-Apple-A" and move the files and the folder "SIK" onto a MS-DOS formatted Diskette.
Forwarding:
You had to fill out the header of a software list which in every edition of the Computer Flohmarkt is founded and mail it with your diskette.
Stamp an Adress label with your adress and telephone number on the diskette, give it in an envelope and stamp it complete.
